Guidance for Skilled Nursing Facilities

Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) has issued guidance regarding Section 318 of Public Act 9 (HB5523). Section 318 of the law allocates $29,000,000 in grants to Michigan skilled nursing facilities. Grants shall fund structural and operational improvements that help reduce the spread of infectious disease.
